Accessibility statement
Updated October 31, 2026
In short
- We built the site to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the basis of Israeli Standard 5568.
- No external accessibility audit has been carried out yet.
- Found a problem? Write to us and we will fix it.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to turn a document into text and data, including people who use a screen reader, only a keyboard, or magnification. We built the site to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the basis of Israeli Standard 5568. No external accessibility audit has been carried out yet, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we did
- A "skip to content" link at the start of every page.
- Every action works from the keyboard, including choosing a file, moving between result tabs and exporting.
- A clear focus indicator on every element that takes focus.
- Each page declares its language and direction: Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right.
- A contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
- When the device asks for reduced motion, animations are switched off.
- Reading progress and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Every form field has a label, and error messages appear next to the field and are announced.
- The result of every document is available as text, as fields and as a table, and can be exported to a file.
- The site works at up to 200% zoom and on a phone screen.
Known limitations
- The image of a document is an image. Its content is available as text, which is the whole point of the service, but the quality of that text depends on the quality of the reading.
- Sample documents are shown as images. Their content appears beside them as a sample result.
- The "I'm not a robot" check, when shown, is a third-party component.
- The payment page is run by Stripe, and its accessibility is Stripe's responsibility.
