Four things from every page

The engine reads a page the way a person does: it works out what the document is, finds the values that matter and lays out the tables. Every value appears next to the page, with a mark where it was taken from.

Hebrew is not an add-on. It is the starting point.

  1. 01

    The right reading order

    Text comes out in the order people type it, right to left. An invoice number, an amount or a date inside a Hebrew line stays whole and never flips.

  2. 02

    Israeli document fields

    Company and VAT-dealer numbers, the Israel Invoices allocation number, the VAT rate and shekel amounts are recognised as separate fields, each with a normalised value.

  3. 03

    Right-to-left Excel

    The sheet opens in the right direction. Amounts are stored as numbers and dates as dates, so you can sum, sort and filter right away.

  4. 04

    CSV without gibberish

    The CSV carries the marker Excel looks for to recognise Hebrew, so it opens as Hebrew instead of rows of symbols.

Common questions

Which files can I upload?

PDF (scanned or not), JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 MB per file. On a phone you can photograph the document directly. Each PDF page counts as one page.

How accurate is it?

Clear printed documents read best. Blurry photos, handwriting and faded print produce more mistakes. Values the engine was unsure about are marked for checking; review them before using the data in your books.

Do you keep my documents?

No. The page is sent to be read and the answer comes back to you. Neither the file nor the text is stored on our side, only usage data without content. Your history lives in your browser.

Does it read handwriting?

Sometimes. Neat handwriting is partly read, but the tool is built mainly for printed documents. Always check handwritten results.

What happens when the free pages run out?

The 5 free pages renew every day. Wait until tomorrow, or buy a one-time page pack. Purchased pages stay valid for 12 months after your latest purchase.

Do I need an account?

No. After a purchase, your account is created from the email you entered at checkout, and you can continue on another device with a sign-in link sent by email. No passwords.

Is there an API?

Yes: an MCP server and a REST API for agents and developers, with 100 free pages to start and the same page packs after that. For accounting software, export Excel, CSV or JSON and import it there. For high volumes, write to us.
